GENERATOR OVERHEATS OR GENERATOR VOLTAGE FLUCTUATES
Step 1. Refer to figure 3-2 and check gage readings to see if generator is overloaded.
Reduce the load by removing some of the equipment being used (switch circuit breaker to
off and shut engine off before loosening the nut on the studs (fig. 3-3) to disconnect the
lines). If the generator is not overloaded, go on to step 2.
